What is going on with the air B&B market?

75% down on their revenue like what is going on right now I mean I don't know about

everybody else honestly but you know I'm not losing that much money okay I don't know if

people are just not doing it right or what the deal is but you know our students in Pro Host are you know a lot of them obviously are adjusting a lot of them are just getting started as well

But we have people that are like 100% books a month.

You know, the strategy is, I guess I won't give the strategy right now.

Stick a little longer, but the idea is that you need to really pay attention to price strategy, number one, right?

And then also not just focus on

short-term rentals, but also think about midterm rentals. So you know when you

put your when you position your listings to cater more sort towards

midterm rentals people that are working travelers,

travel nurses, you're able to really tap into a higher occupancy than if you're just doing

two or three night stays. So is that what you're doing now so did you
