Summary

It was a beautiful August day, the idyllic summers afternoon that is such a delight on the south coast of England. Around Shoreham it was busy with the normal large number of people out enjoying their Saturday, swelled by the thousands watching the annual air show.

People were happy, smiling and enjoying spending time with friends and family. And in the midst of all this joy and happiness, tragedy struck.

I'm a day late this week, but my Lama ate my script and so I had to start it all over

that when I'm feeling stress in my life, my sleep is always the first thing to suffer and

0:58.3

that then affects almost all other areas of my life and not in a good way. So here's

1:03.6

a reminder to take care of yourself, do less and maybe try some therapy. For me I found

therapy was a really good way to understand my emotions better and why I sometimes reacted

as I did. Understanding is of course the first step to making changes and I can now identify

some earlier trigger points for me. Better Help is customised online therapy, offers

1:28.5

video, phone and even live chat sessions with your therapist. So you don't have to see

1:33.7

anyone on camera if you don't want to. It's much more affordable than in-person therapy,

1:40.0

so give it a try and see if online therapy can lower your stress. UK True Crime listeners
