There's been some stories this weekend, Paul, about Virgil Van Dyke, supposedly signing a new deal at Liverpool or not is the case.

I think there are reports that saying he's going to sign a six year contract keeping him until 2025.

You've written something this morning about why that's not the case and he's got some quite interesting

thoughts about it.

Yeah so there is reports over the weekend as you say Joel about Joel

Rachel Van Dyke signing a new contract with around 200,000 pound a week that would put them up there with I think Mohammed Salder is Lippel's highest earner.

It doesn't quite end that at the moment I believe but situation is unchanged.

Little relaxed about the situation.

There's no talks in the pipeline at the moment as it stands.

Versa Van Dyke is more than happy with its current situation.

He's got a contract until 2023

with an additional one-year extension

if both parties agree to it.

And that's basically as a stand.

So the news is, there is no news essentially

the pull are delighted with the progress he's made since he joined from Southampton in

January 2018 was obviously become one of the world's best defenders and indeed best players as

he joined from South Hanson for that 75 million fee and that the situation is

as a stand so apparently a verge of an daycare
