Summary

This is a very special episode as Devi Brown and Michelle Williams appear on each other’s podcast for the first time.

Here is the episode with Devi Brown on Checking In and we continue the conversation on this episode of Dropping Gems.

Michelle has been radically expressive about her journey and her experience with depression. For Williams faith and therapy can coexist and work to support one another during the healing process. Williams shares how she initially questioned her depression, how would it look, what would people think, etc. The endless questions that normally go unanswered and ultimately have no weight when it boils down to individual self-care. Being authentic also means honoring what you need on your journey.

In Psalm 100:4, we are told to “enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise.”
