In this episode I was joined by Raymond Andrejrach, who retired last year as Poland's chief of the general staff.

The good general was kind enough to join me in Washington during his recent visit.

So what brings you to Washington? Now we have a conference, Polish International Relations Institute, has a conference in the Washington

related to Polish-American relations, and of course it's very dynamic security environments so not only Polish

US relations are objectives to explain but widely

a strategical situation and it's always nice to be in Washington.

And what have you been doing since you left,

you know, you were chief the general staff,

and you resigned in October last year?

Yeah.

What have you been doing since then?

Well, explaining that I'm not successfully retired

on the very first day, I was engaged. I was inspired by Suavek, my partner,

who's a director of Polish men in International Relations Institute, to have a special mission and we have a program

in the YouTube called Ground Zero.

And this is our effort to explain the huge strategical change that we observe and pull the

pollen in the global context so that's my that's my mission so sometimes my family they say I'm more busy than I used to be in the army.

Let's rewind a little bit. Why did you become a soldier?

Well, my dream was as a boy, was to be a pilot, really. So my love to the aviation is still in my heart,

but unfortunately, I've been in a couple of tests, but my backbone is not enough to be, not good enough to be a f-16 or f-35 pilot but good enough to be a
