Matt how are you?

Very good thanks guy yeah ready to uh... catch up with some exciting academy action after

a few weeks away so yeah exciting stuff and there is plenty to talk about no less the

FA Cup game with Shrewsbury town that we will get to what an opportunity that will be

at Anfield for the youngsters but before we get into all of that we're going to have a

look back on since the last time we had an academy show how the young sides have

been getting on both the under 18s the under 23s and even those sort of on the

fringes of the first team and then of course we will look in some depth towards the Shrewsbury game at Anfield but we best kick off then pick up where we left off really and checking in on the under 18s and how they've been

getting on.

Yeah so they had a little break just after Christmas that was the last time we obviously did

the podcast and we sort of looked ahead and there's a well a good runner form really

three wins from three so far in 2020 for the under 18s and they've played Blackburn

Stoke and Sundlund so three teams that of course on pay paid he'd expect them to beat but it's it's never quite as simple as that is it so

Yeah, good runner form. Unfortunately for them they don't play again now until the 22nd of this month

But a good run of form to be heading into a huge game. Manchester City they face next. So yeah, a top of the table clash.
