Lizzie Herzberg, I met about five years ago.

And she put out this book called Behind Blue Curtains.

And this talks about her experiences inside the Amish community

and the abuse that she suffered at the hands of this religion.

And we will call some of these religions cults,

because that's what they are, you know.

And many people that are involved in these cults, so to speak,

have been suffered at the hands of these.

And we specifically even mentioned Ruby Frankie and Jody Hildebrandt, and we did a whole, a lot of

episodes on those two.

And they were affiliated with the Mormon Church of Latter-day Saints in Utah.

And now both Jody Hildebrandt and Ruby Frankie are serving a long prison sentence in Utah.

And that was also one of the things that were amazed at,

and Mike, I'm sure you are too,

is that the mind control that comes in regards to these type of cases.

And we're amazed, being parents and former law enforcement,

that people send their children to these folks that

have absolutely zero credentials, except that they're part of this religion. Mike?

Yeah, Bill, you know, you look at the, it's a culture built on insularity, and you have the information that parents need

to raise your children comes from someone affiliated

with their religion.

They need help finding a job.
