Yes, indeed. This has been a lot of work. 500 episodes over 10 and a half years, not to mention

over 460 videos, a book, a academy. So it's no wonder I'm a bit knackered, really.

Yeah, but it's a sign of how much you enjoy doing this and what it brings to your listeners, isn't it?

Yeah, it is. Yeah, so yeah, well, it's been a lot of fun and we're going to talk a little bit

different today off the grid. Yeah, and I'll ask one to this tiredness again. It's a good job you

started your family before you did this, because you'd never have the energy to start a family now.

No, no, that's true. Yeah, what do we do? But today, let's talk about today. Today we're going to

hear from lots of different voices, some friends of the show, but also quite a few listeners,

which will be excellent. Yeah, well, yeah. So usual structures completely thrown out,

we're going to be a bit self-indulgent or rather, I'm going to be self-indulgent and Roger just

does the T-me-up, really. Yeah, why not? You're only 500 episodes old once. That's true.
