Hi Pete, good to be back here. Yeah, once again, week after week, I keep dragging you back in here.

Yeah, well you did call me your esteemed colleague, but I think I probably be a esteemed colleague because it's so warm at the moment in the living office.

It is. You just been to Madera. Yeah, it was a warmer there, right?

Well, they actually had the three hottest days they've ever had while we're over there.

And the live also at temperatures. About 37, 38. It was really, really nice, but on occasions a nice handy little breeze that keep us cool or foolish.

Good job, 37 degrees. Great. Yeah, well, we're talking about today.

Right, today we'll continue to build on the foundations we've laid and also the last week's discussion of short term goals.

We're going to be talking about identifying, costing and building towards longer term goals as much as we can.

Again, yeah, that's right. Well, there are best, feels like about months since we recorded short term goals once.

Well, obviously, this is an important subject and there is a lot to fit in, so let's not hang around.
