0:24.0	with his spouse. So let's get into it. So the first thing we want to bring up is why do partners even
0:29.3	push back? And it may not be why you actually think. So we're going to go over three common reasons.
0:36.8	A partner would not be interested
0:38.5	in investing in real estate with you. Okay. And when we talk about partners, we can talk about
0:43.3	this could be your best friend that you want to invest with. This could be your spouse. This could be
0:47.8	your significant other. This is, you know, somebody close to you that you want to invest with.
0:53.1	And it's important to you that they are on board.
0:56.4	So in some scenarios, this could even be apparent that you want their approval, you want them to be
1:02.3	on board with what you're doing for whatever reason.
1:05.3	Okay.
1:06.2	But especially if you are in a relationship with someone, I do think it is very important for this person
1:13.9	to be on board. And I want to clarify that because I had a conversation once with someone that came
1:19.9	to, I think Tony, or even there, came to us and said, I need to get my wife on board. I think
1:25.9	she would do such a good job managing the tenants and communicating
1:29.4	with them. And she just, she doesn't want to do it. She doesn't see the vision that I have and
1:35.3	things like that. I think the really important piece to this is your partner doesn't need to be
1:41.6	involved. They just need to give their support. And you could go off and do
1:47.4	real estate without their support, but we're all about creating loving, you know, communicative,
