I am so happy to be back to writing in the big rush to finish up the last of my year-long remodeling projects before Christmas

I took a break from my portal fantasy sequel, Dreambreaker, from about the middle of November

In December I went back to the beginning and did one of my 50 page edits,

both to clean up the text and to reorient myself within the big picture of the story.

Now, just in time to turn the corner into the New Year, I'm back to writing.

It's always interesting to find your feet in a story again after being away from it for a significant period of time.

So I wasn't quite sure what to expect, especially since I'd been struggling so much with distraction in my last few writing sessions before taking a break, but I'm very

happy to announce that I dove back in without a hitch, and I'm having as much fun with this story
