So a week ago literally today Sunday February 27th and a week ago I got an Angie's list

And I'm done with the Facebook marketplace craigslist I used to think I was Johnny general contractor because I had 40

45 rental use it rental units at one time so I've managed my fair share of plumbers electricians carpenters great guys

Some of them not so great

Example I had one guy steal $8,000 cash from me collecting rents and it was these properties were 500 miles away

From where I live right now back in Pennsylvania and I trusted them and let's just say this was back in 2008 let's just say

I didn't manage that very well so I was out $8,000 had to drive back there and fire them and file police report and all that stuff

I'm only telling you that because I used to be in the rental business and I thought well geez I can manage general contractors
