And that's how we move from ignorance in terms of like what we're not doing right or like what kind of things we're clinging onto that are stopping us from achieving our goals, how to see like the truth that we need to, and then how to accept those things, and then how to take action on it. And this is something that I've been talking about of the coaches, because if we don't actually go through this four-step process, then it's very, very hard to take the final step, which is the action that is required to succeed. And if we don't take the action that's required to succeed then we're never going to actually achieve our goals so it's very

very important that we understand what is required and we actually accept it and I've spent a
