One thing I want to talk about the out of the four keys that I want to give you on how to focus.

Number one is I want to talk about your phone.

We live in the most distracted era that humans have ever lived since the beginning of time.

In part of the reason why, if not the main reason why, is because of our phones.

So the first tip I'll give you of how to focus more is to think about how you're distracted.

One of the things I like to do as soon as I wake up is turn my alarm off of my phone and then go as long as I possibly can before I look at my phone again.

I always like to say there's Rob before the phone during the day and then there's Rob after the phone during the day.

So the first thing I want you to think about in the morning, how soon do you look at your phone?

Are you looking at your phone as soon as you wake up in the morning?
