In today's episode we are going to talk about one of my favorite topics ever - the 4 quadrants. I learned about the 4 quadrants in the book The 5 AM Club and it completely changed my world. The 4 quadrants consist of your heartset, soulset, mindset and healthset. I am going to explain the 4 quadrants, break down what falls into each category and tell y’all the story of the day I learned about them and how it has changed my world. I will also teach you step-by-step how to identify each area in your own life + help you choose how you are going to optimize and grow in each quadrant.
