An interviewing people can be awkward for a lot of leaders,

but conducting a great interview is an essential step in finding the right people for your team.

He's a Ramsey personality and number one bestselling author of the proximity principle,

and he's got a new book coming out on November 9th called, From Paycheck to Purpose.

He's also the host of the Ken Coleman Show, a nationally syndicated radio show, where he helps callers discover what they were born to do, and map out a plan to get them there.

We're going to go through the three steps needed to conduct what Ken calls the intentional interview.

We are talking about the intentional interview, and I saw you give this talk at our Entrez Leadership Master Series, and I took frivolous notes.
