I'm going to address the amazing opportunity in front of us that we have to seize upon.

opportunity that is so much bigger than Joe Biden that Joe Biden is the instrument we use.

We have been told for four years, actually long beyond that, that Joe Biden is sharp as a tap. In fact that phrase, which

it's not the most uncommon phrase, but it's not the most uncommon phrase but it's not a phrase that everybody uses all day long

That phrase is one that kept being used again and again and again to tell us no
