And today I've got the most lovely woman who's called Butterweightfield, who is born in America, which you'll hear about, but has worked in this country for now nearly 30 years, or maybe more than 30 years.

And we met, actually, through a mutual passion for colour.

And she, like me, is just drawn, driven, floated, everything by colour.

And funnily enough, we have a mutual admiration and passion for

acid green. So we both love doing tapestry or embroidery. You know, the more colourful and

crazy it is the better. And I was lucky enough a couple of weeks ago to Butter's house in West London and the interior of which

is as wonderfully crazily jam-packed full of colour as the exterior and I just thought she would be

the perfect person to talk about what she does really which is design very splendid small gardens and this thing of

not an outside space like I have here at Perch Hill, but Butter's specialism is making even

really tiny spaces look absolutely like the perfect outside room.
