For the 100th episode, I'm going to let you into the intimate

struggles of my life and how I overcame them to eventually start and build a successful

blog. Although I was able to go from zero to one million monthly visitors to my blog in less

than 18 months, I had to prevail over several health hurdles just to be able to have the mental capacity to write a single blog post.

By the end of this episode, I will tell you where I found the ultimate key to success and happiness.

First, though, I need to take you back in time, over two decades, to understand the path that

molded me into who I am.

In case you don't know, I'm a little up in my years.

This past year, I turned 45, so two decades will take me back into my 20s.

When I was 25, in the days before Google search became famous, I worked diligently

for two months straight to reverse engineer the search algorithms of Yahoo and Alta Vista.

I knew this information would ensure that every website I created would rank number one in the

search results. My diligence paid off,

and I cracked the algorithm perfectly. I called up my best friend and asked him if you wanted

to come along for the ride. It took us less than a year to fly past seven figures in revenue.

We blew every goal and expectation out of the water. During our second year,

we spun off an email marketing company, which also went over the seven figure mark. At our peak,
