of you still do not know what's happening overall in the economy and the real estate markets.

And I'm fearful for you, and I mean that with all sincerity.

No sense in me trying to soft-pedal it. I'm legitimately and honestly fearful for you guys. You need to be doing your own homework so you know exactly what's happening in the economy, and you need to stop relying on useless news sources like CNN and all the other places that are basically the soft cert type news things.

Don't trust those sources.

They always report the information late, especially as it pertains to housing.

Like six months late.
