I love what you do.

You know, you're teaching people all over the world and your masterminds and all the stuff

you're doing online.

It's great.

What are you working on these days?

Well, you know, I got a new presentation I've been giving a lot and it's been really well

received. It's called pandemic investing. And, you know, Ken, I started noticing about two,

two and a half months ago, which in pandemic years is like dog years, right? It's like, you know, two and a half months ago

is three years ago nowadays. Everything's moving, changing so fast. It's just nuts what's going on

in the world. And, you know, really tragic for a lot of people. I don't want to, you know,

appear that I don't notice that. But at the same time, there are a lot of opportunities. And, you know, that's what we're going to talk about today, hopefully how to, you know, appear that I don't notice that. But at the same time, there are a lot of opportunities.
