Hey everybody. It's Ken McElroy with MC Companies and the real estate strategies in our

podcast. And I'm really excited to have today, Kelly Johnson.

She's the vice president of marketing for our company.

And the reason why I wanted Kelly on today was because, as you guys know,

like this entire industry just changed in a matter of months. Like we're talking about

millions and millions and millions of apartments and rental owners and landlords that had to

pivot. And, you know, everyone is doing a lot of different things.

And, you know, Kelly is on the front line for best practices and, you know, attending

Zoom calls.

In fact, she's been on so many Zoom calls.

We were laughing about it last week.

How many a day.

And essentially, everybody's trying to figure this out, you know, on their own.

And so we are fortunate to be able to be part of National Multi-Housing Council, National

Appartment Association, and the different apartment associations around the country, including Texas

and Arizona and things like that, we're members. And so we do have the ability to be

able to weigh in with other people going through the exact same thing. And so that's a massive

benefit. And what we're going to try to hopefully bring for you guys today are some really good
