I'm going to show you exactly what to do to no longer have cold feet or cold hands. Typically,

0:06.7

what do people mostly do? They wear maybe triple socks. They put their feet next to a heater

0:11.8

every morning. They might use compression stockings. They maybe try to hydrate their body,

0:17.0

or maybe they actually put cayenne pepper in their socks. But the problem is it might not last.

0:21.2

This problem keeps coming back. And so when you research this topic,

0:26.8

kind of boils down to, well, maybe you have a thyroid problem, maybe you have peripheral

0:31.9

artery disease or circulation, or maybe renaughts phenomena where you have this circulatory problem,

0:38.0

where your extremities like your fingers or even your toes are blue because the body is not

0:42.5

able to pump blood flow very effectively. Or maybe it's related to a nerve problem, a neuropathy,

0:50.0

because you're diabetic. You might have what's called peripheral neuropathy. But what if you have

0:54.4

none of these problems? And your fricking feet are phrasing all the time, and your

0:58.8

fingers are cold. What do you do? Today, I'm going to give you a good solution. And as a side note,

1:04.0

if you do have renaughts phenomena, usually that's an autonomic nervous system problem,

1:09.0

and response to be one, I would recommend taking the fat-ciable version,

1:14.7

than photamine, which can also, by the way, help you if you have peripheral neuropathy.

1:19.9

But that's just a side note. There's a really amazing, simple and expensive treatment

1:25.2

to warm up your feet in hands. It involves exercising the arteries, okay? The arteries have

1:34.3

a muscle. It's a smooth muscle. And those muscles contract and relax. And that contraction is

1:40.6

called vasoconstriction. And the relaxation is called vasodilation. So what I'm going to recommend

1:46.0

is you exercise that system once or twice a day, only spending maybe a minute and a half,

1:53.8

two minutes each day. And this treatment actually increases the mitochondria in your blood vessels.

2:00.2

It'll increase oxygen, circulation. And it'll really greatly help the autonomic nervous system.
