So today I'm going to be talking about something that I've talked about in the past, but I wanted to go a little bit more in depth.

And that is on the Pomodora technique. I'm going to teach you guys how to stop procrastinating.

So when we're talking about how to stop procrastinating, there's one tool that we have found that I found and also scientists have studied as far as human sitting down,

trying to be focused, getting things done, the way that their brain works and the way that their brainwaves work, all of those things.

Find works, find work better than any other thing that's out there. And it's called the Pomodora technique.

And it's super simple. And if you can learn to use this any time that you want to be highly, highly productive, you will get more stuff done every single time.
