It ain't all peaches and cream. Growth happens when it's hard. Everything big that I've ever achieved in my life happened because I got outside of my comfort zone. If it was easy, everyone would be super rich and ripped with six-pack apps. And that's where I find most people shortcut. They shortcut their hiring process. They feel like it's a waste of time. And you know what's a big waste of time hiring someone who sucks. If I have to hire somebody that needs to be told what to do, it's the wrong buyer. Layla, Ramosa taught me this. But today, I want to talk about business in general, the highs, the lows, what it takes,

and like just go back and forth and share some freaking war stories. Because right now in the

economy, there are people that are really buying businesses and building businesses, and they're

just freaking going through the ringer.

And so what they don't realize is they're not alone, and we're going through it, too, no

matter what business that you have, any investment, any business that is like so wonderful and

so perfect and so passive, it's just because you just don't know enough.

You don't know what's going on behind the scenes.

So introduce yourself for people that are seeing you for the first time. What is your company? What do you guys do? What's the book that we have here? And then let's dive deep. Yeah. So my name's Chandler-Bow. I run a company called self-publishing.com. We're an online education and service company. We help people write and publish books that grow their businesses. I dropped out of school, started this business as a C-level English student and a college dropout

with ADHD. And we've since published over 7,000 books. We publish about two to five books

a day. We published five yesterday. I've, I've grown that business from zero

to over $75 million, got on the Forbes 30 under 30, done a bunch of fun things. But today,

what I think will be really fun to talk about is that it ain't all peaches and cream. Yeah.
