What's up, Action Academy family? The listeners for today's show fall into one of two camps. Camp A

is you already have employees and you already have a team. So you're trying to scale your

business, probably past a million to a couple million dollars, up to $10 million plus. And then

also Camp B, which is the majority of the listeners, most likely, are going to be people that

are either working jobs right now, investing in real estate, or wanting to buy a company and

wanting to have employees and wanting to build a team. And perhaps you're looking to

make your first couple of hires, maybe a virtual assistant from the Philippines, to be your

executive assistant for $2,000 a month, or maybe even your first

acquisitions director, admin, whatever have you. So I am going to teach you guys today a skill

set that will make you millions of dollars. And if you are already in Camp A and you have a team,

you can go implement this next quarter, probably not

right now. I would go ahead and plan it right now for Q4 or for the beginning of the year in

2026. Or what I would do is if you're in camp B, you could take what I'm about to say, listen to

today's episode and put it in your pocket, put it in your

box of tricks, put it in your tool belt for when you do buy the business, when you do

buy the companies, when you do start your own companies, and you're able to use this to

bypass so many errors and literally 10x the productivity of your team. I'm not even kidding.
