Let me break something down for you that I think is quite interesting and I've had some back and forth on

Instagram with some of you about this when I've shared a bit about it which is essentially if I see a friend who I haven't seen in a while and there's so much to catch up on

I'll keep a note in my phone of all the things I want to talk about with

that person.

Because it's so easy, right?

You see a friend, you meet up, and then you're like, oh my gosh, I totally forgot to ask

about X or Y. And then you're to wait until next time, etc, etc. But anyway, I will have almost like an agenda and I'll talk about something often work related maybe something travel related maybe

something to do with a mutual friend a question I have maybe it's a thought or feedback

on a particular piece of creative work or whatever it is I've got my agenda and I whip it out.

And I'm like, oh, okay, so, ah, yeah, that's right, I want to talk about this.

Oh, wait, I keep meaning to ask you how that went, that thing.

So I have my agenda items.

And I love it because I kind of even feel more

anticipation towards meeting my friends, right?

Because I'm like, oh, we've got so much to talk about.

And I want to make sure I cover all my bases.

So anyway, and look, this isn't a strict thing,

but I love to have it rolling.

And the other day, I met up with two different friends both within a week both separately and I had my different kind of

Agendas things I want to cover while we hang. And what was so interesting was by the time my second meeting

with my friend rolled around,
