1:02.1	but can I have you start by just telling me about this restaurant in Phoenix?
1:06.1	Hey, Reed, yes, it is pretty wild.
1:08.0	And, yeah, there could be a lot of places to start here just because
1:11.7	there's such a storied history with the restaurant owner.
1:14.9	But to start, this restaurant is called Breakfast Bitch, and it hasn't been open even a year
1:21.7	yet in Phoenix, but it is a very popular spot.

1:28.5	away. And of course, the name draws people in. And the name is also part of that experience.
