I can't get over this.

A man who has served more than 34 years of a 400-year prison sentence has been released

after the state of Florida re-investigated the case and determined I didn't commit the crime.

Oh, well, what was the crime?

Arm D'Arabri.

Back in 1989, this man was convicted by a jury and sentenced to 400 years in prison.

Prosecutors at the time asked the judge to sentence him to 825 years in prison.

What was the crime again?

Oh, yeah.

Arm D'Arabri.

Now the reason for my recommendation, and I'm not saying for Arm D'Arabri at all, but

it seems excessive, well, at the asking for 825 years and then sentencing him to 400

years in prison, does seem excessive.
