A 22 year old woman, she was arrested in Idaho Falls after police said they found her baby covered

in feces and a cold car with a dog and a sex offender. I want to point out the sex

offender is the one responsible person in this story that's the sad thing. So

Natalie Marie folks she was arrested for investigation of felony injury to a child

misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor use or

long story shows who had drugs on her. Now, police officers, they were called to a Walmart

for a disturbance near the gardening section.

When they arrived, the caller was the man in the car,
