Hi, I'm Dave. I've been walking for fitness since

2013, averaging about 21,000 steps a day. I'm walking right now, and I would love to have you

join me for the next 10 minutes. This past Tuesday, I read an email from Oleg, who lives in Kiev, Ukraine.

I found his email very inspiring, asked permission if I could share it. He said yes.

He also sent some photos of a recent walk. He took near his home, and I asked if I could post those on Instagram.

Again, he said that would be fine.
