How are you doing out there?

I know it's been a rough year for a lot of us, but while some people simply get bold

over by the trauma, chaos, and failure, others simply seem to get stronger.

So how do we develop ourselves into the type of people that benefit from chaos?

Well today we're here with my friend, Thane Marcus Ringler, a former professional golfer.

Thane is now a speaker, development coach, host and creator of the Up & Comers Show, an

author of, From Here to There, a quarter life perspective on the path of mastery.

But before we get there, here's a note that came in from Arthur in the tribe.

This week my cousin invited me to be a guest chef for one of her high school culinary

classes.

The theme was food from different regions around the US, so I chose Tex-Mex and showed

them how to make the wild chicken enchiladas.

In the class I went through every ingredient, explained how and why each ingredient was

chosen, and discussed processed foods versus real foods.

They were super engaged and asked lots of questions.

It was great, super exciting and fun.

It's amazing how much I've learned about food, observing the wild diet.

On a different note, over Christmas break, my in-laws stayed with us, and my wife and
