Summary

LIKE | SUBSCRIBE | SHARE (: In episode forty-seven of The Running Effect (with Dominic Schlueter), I speak with Olympian and multi-time Thailand record holder Kieran Tuntivate. Kieran is a national record holder from 1500m-10,000m!  In this episode, we go through Kieran's start in the sport, his years at Harvard, and now all that he's doing at the Bowerman Track Club. We go through topics from the viral moment of him winning a race after losing his shoe to his Olympic experience in Tokyo this past summer. Kieran has set multiple national records over the past few years cementing himself into being one of the greatest athletes to ever come out of Thailand.  Kieran's work ethic and dedication to the sport of running is incredibly inspiring. I personally can't wait to see all that Kieran has in store for 2022 and beyond! It was a pleasure to chat with him and get to know him better. You can watch Kieran run 25 laps around the track on Saturday night at "The Ten". Keep your eyes on the clock for a potential new national record 👀  S H O W   N O T E S Kieran's Bowerman Profile: https://www.bowermantc.com/kieran-tuntivate-bio  Kieran's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/kierunner/?hl=en Kieran's Harvard Profile: https://gocrimson.com/sports/mens-track-and-field/roster/kieran-tuntivate/23291 An article on Kieran losing his shoe and still winning the race: https://www.si.com/extra-mustard/2019/03/01/friday-hot-clicks-harvard-runner-kieran-tuntivate-foot-injury-photo
