because she wants our help texting a friend that she gave some clothes to and now once

those clothes back but for good reason, Kristen. Yeah, so she had lost about 30 pounds

and got herself a new wardrobe and she buys herself some nicer upscale items and she

the items that she had previously in her wardrobe that she no longer fit into because

she lost all that weight. She gifted to a friend and she doesn't have the money to spend

on higher end does. So she would have had a gave her friend all these clothes but life

happens and Becca has since gained that weight back and since she just spent money on a

new wardrobe, she doesn't have money to spend on replenishing all the clothes that she

gave to this friend. So she would like to text a friend and ask for the clothes back.

And the most idea was like, you know, you gave her the clothes so maybe this is more

of an ask certainly than a demand. So with that, where do we want to start you guys?

Cass any ideas? I'm trying to walk the line because I think we got an approach with humiliating

humility but I don't want you to say like, hey, I have something embarrassing to ask.

Yeah. Because it's not embarrassing to regain weight. Something like 90% of people who've

lost weight on diets will regain it. So you're not alone. Well, I don't think you're

embarrassed. So maybe here cast the mindset is it's not embarrassing that you gained weight

but it can be embarrassing to give somebody something whatever it is and then have to ask

for it back. So that's the embarrassing factor. It's not embarrassing that she gained weight.

It's just embarrassing that you gave your friend something and it's like, oops, I need

that. I need it back. Is it important to hear for us to have a definition of how close

you guys are? Is this a top tier friend? Is this a B level friend? Is this one? A C level
