With the textbook example of how not to handle a separation

with an employee, particularly a high profile employee.

First of all, Fox News, there's a lot of gossip.

But there are some things that seem to be lining up across the board from all the parties involved

and the parties being Rupert Murdoch and Sun Lacklin

and Suzanne Scott, the CEO of the Fox News division.

Fox Corp is the holding company, the corporate entity, the bigger entity,

and then beneath that is Fox News.

Well, so let's take that team

and then let's take the internal team at Fox of on air.

And then you got a lot of people that run around and my wife calls them,

that's her word for whispers, for gossips.

In every organization and every company and every church doesn't matter on every team,

you have the people who their faces may not be seen,

but they love to run around and gossip, and they make that kind of a noise,

like a mosquito buzzing around your ear and not annoying you.

Because you don't know what they're saying, but you can tell by their behaviors that they're hiding near the water cooler
