here at texas motor speedway in the victory lane building um overlooking victory lane although

my my back is to it technically

so i guess i shouldn't say i'm overlooking it but i'm looking at a wall jordan but uh you know

you're a close proximity to texas motor speedways i'm close that's right i know it's behind me

somewhere yes we're chase elli that Elliott celebrating his second victory of the year.

And I don't think any one of us had Chase Elliott winning this race.

Well, I mean, not in our picks because we thought it was going to be a Toyota race.

And I think so.

I mean, we thought it was going to be one of the Toyota drivers.

But I'm not, I don't think it's like a, some sort of a huge shock that he won.

No.

I mean, listen, this is a, we learned again Jordan today that Texas is a track position race.

I mean, no matter what you want to say about it, the key moment of this race, Alan Gustafsson, Alan Gustafson said, and then Chase Elliott said later as well,

the sort of like the moment where there was a bunch of strategy early on and a bunch of guys who stayed out.

And you had like Elliott, Reddick, Hamlin, kind of have to be challenged with weaving through the traffic

at that moment.

And Elliot got through that traffic quicker than anybody.

And he even said after the race, we were asking him.

And he said, I didn't really think that was going to be like the key moment.
