But under the news, Texas is now suing some of the major investment firms and their

role in the climate agenda. Ken Paxton, the Texas Attorney General, he is alleging now in a new

lawsuit, actually, that Black Rock, State Street, Vanguard, these big companies, that they've engaged

in a conspiracy, he says, to artificially constrict

energy markets with anti-competitive trade practices.

And he's brought forward a lawsuit against these firms for their role in this alleged climate

And interestingly, there's also been a shift taking place, kind of on the cultural side,

And it now seems the shift is having a ripple effect through businesses, like look at Walmart,

for example, Walmart is getting rid of its DEI, diversity, equity, and inclusion policies.
