Just yesterday, the Attorney General of Texas filed a massive lawsuit against Pfizer

accusing the company of using highly misleading rhetoric in order to essentially trick Americans

into getting the COVID shot, despite the vaccine's failure to prevent infections as well

as transmission.

Let's go through the details of this lawsuit together.

But before we dive into it, I will mention, as always, that everyone in America is innocent

until proven guilty, and that, of course, applies to Pfizer as well.

And so while this lawsuit does have specific claims that we will go through point-by-point,

it's always worth remembering that Pfizer will eventually have their day in court to

tell their side of the story and provide their defense for all these different allegations.

And until they do, until a verdict is reached, they should be assumed innocent.

Now with that caveat out of the way, let's dive into the actual details here.

Now for starters, some of you may know, especially if you happen to live in Texas, that back

in May of this year, Mr. Ken Paxton, who is the Attorney General of Texas, he launched

an investigation into Pfizer, into Moderna, as well as into Johnson and Johnson, for their

potentially lying to the public about the success rate of their respective COVID vaccines.

Now the time, Ken Paxton said that he would not be able to target these companies for the

side effects that their vaccines caused, because of the sweeping liability protections that

these pharmaceutical companies enjoy here in America.

And so instead, Mr. Paxton said that he was targeting the potentially fraudulent business

practices of these respective companies, which are outside of these liability protections.
