I'm your host Heather Ashley and today's case is out of Houston, Texas.

Small talk sucks, so let's dive in. Felicia Marie Johnson was one of those women whose stunning appearance directly matched who

she was on the inside.

Not only was she kind, and I'm talking the kind of niceness that comes from your soul, but frankly she could have been a model.

She brought pure joy to everyone she met and she would give you her last dollar without a single

moment's hesitation. Her father Kevin said once, I remember when

she was five years old going on 30. She was so responsible she would set her alarm by

herself to wake up in the morning. She would get dressed and make her bed all by herself.

As an adult living in San Diego, California,

Felicia had dreams of a career in the hair, makeup, and modeling industry.

And I'm telling you, she had the talent in the beauty to make it happen, and everyone who knew

her was cheering her on. On April 10th, 2022, Felicia and some of her family

celebrated her 24th birthday. She had more family and friends in Houston, so three days later she traveled there, staying at the

Inter Continental Hotel Houston Medical Center to celebrate with them. The trip to Houston

started off really great, but in the early morning hours of April 16th, things

started to get a little strange. Felicia was your average 24-year-old, which meant that she was never without her phone.

But that morning, she just stopped using it.

Her aunt later told 10 News San Diego,

this is unlike Felicia.

She's always called to let somebody know where she is.
