In December of 1844, a 17-year-old girl named Ellen G. Harman was at a prayer meeting when she

received a vision. She saw a group of people ascending a high in narrow path, some of the people

fell off the path into darkness, but Jesus beckoned the people toward a glorious heavenly realm whose

marvels Ellen was shown. This was her first vision, and she went on to receive more than 2,000

revelations. This led to her becoming the co-founder and prophetess of the seventh day Adventist Church

under her married name of Ellen G. White. So who was Ellen G. White? What did her visions disclose,
