This is the new Bronco. We've been eagerly awaiting it. You've noticed that we're not

driving an off-road. We're doing an on-road test review, but we have shot a full TV episode

comparing to the Wrangler off-road too. But we have driven an off-road and it's dang impressive.

It really is. This feels like an open checkbook project.

You know, it feels like Ford said we have got to make a Wrangler competitor.

The Bronco has got to compete. Do what you need to do.

Yeah, because they know that trucks are selling like crazy. So you make a bad truck and it sells okay right now.

You make a marginal SUV and you can sell a million of them.

So this was a truck that they had a storied name. They knew that they wanted to compete with the Wrangler.

I really feel like they said, guys, what do you need? Do it. Let's figure it out.

There's two engines available. There's the lower 2.3 EcoBoost turbocharged.

It makes 300 horsepower, 325 pound feet of torque.

Which is good. Which is good. It's actually better than the base model.

Wrangler 2 liter. It makes more power.

That's the engine that you get the manual transmission with.

It's a seven-speed manual. That is the only engine you can buy the manual with.

So it's sort of like the base engine, but it still has a lot of power and torque.

Then you step up to what we're in, which is the fully loaded $65,000 Sasquatch edition.

It has the 2.7 liter twin turbo, 315 horsepower.

400 pound feet of torque.

It depends on where you run premium.

But that's a lot. It also sounds really good.
