Well, it hasn't gone very well.

I check the date. It's well past June the first, but who, I mean, who knows, frankly, whether,

who knows who cares is the question that underpins an awful lot of this coverage.

out, you don't answer your phone, do you? If it's an unfamiliar number, I told you I answered

the phone with an unfamiliar number first time in years the other day, because I thought it might be

the test and trace people. I've left my details on a couple of pub databases, but it was just

oh two trying to flog me a new phone.

But the point is, but we don't answer it.

So that was the most fundamental flaw that we on earth weeks ago, weeks ago.

And the government's finally realized.

Honestly, it takes a clip to go viral before they realize what's going on in their own country,

these people.

It's getting increasingly pathetic. So they're sort of starting again in many ways. And instead of expecting a phone

call, they're now going to sack thousands of call handlers who haven't handled any calls. My

sympathies to them, I mean, that's a nightmare. But of course, the private sector companies that

provide these armies of people doing nothing take a little bit of cream off the top of every pay packet, which explains why perhaps the scenario, the situation has become so awful.

And instead, people will now be sent to the homes of close contacts of positive coronavirus cases.

So if you don't answer your phone, then you'll get a knock on the door.
