Maower today we are talking about the lawsuit filed by Tesla against former

employee Martin Tripp. My apologies for missing Thursday's episode I had

some technical difficulties that prevented me from recording but I think that's all smoothed out now.

Tesla stock on Thursday closed down 4.06% to $347.51 cents this compared to the

NASDAQ down 0.88% and the Dow down 0.8%. Not that it helps a whole lot right now at

347, but I think that the sentiment has kind of shifted towards more negative for Tesla, or at least more neutral.

I think we're probably through the days of the 3 to 4% run-ups every day,

for the time being at least.

We've only got about 11 or 12 days left

until we get Q2 delivery and production information from Tesla.

So we're in kind of a time period of uncertainty.

Uncertainty presents risk and it also presents an opportunity to play up or heighten that risk to move the stock price lower.

That's enough about the stock price though because we have a lot to get to with the lawsuit,

the civil suit that Tesla has filed against former employee Martin Tripp.

First I just want to cover the facts of what we know so far.

On Wednesday, Tesla filed a civil suit in Nevada against Martin Tripp and I will read the

key points in the court filing.
