That's when they got wheels off. We started on me, ain't going to stop. creative life. I'm Rhett Miller. Terry George is an Oscar-winning director, screenwriter, a brilliant filmmaker who's been working for decades

He's just such a down-to-earth kind, regular person. For instance, when I first met Terry through a mutual friend, our friend Jim, in the Hamptons, whom we were visiting, Jim had a boat, and we were going to go out fishing with them, and he said he was going to bring

along a new friend that he'd made out on the docks, who he knew was some sort of filmmaker,

but primarily he knew him as fellow fishermen.

So I got on the boat with Jim and Terry, and my son Max, who at the time

was, I don't know, 10 years old. And the whole day of fishing, Terry did not himself fish. He instead

served as sort of a guide and assisted us in baiting our hooks.
