You've been doing, that's a lot.

Well, last time we were on the podcast it's been like two years i think maybe more

it's been a while yeah i can't i remember i think i was in my car and you said you would come

no you weren't your car i won't i won't do those i don't do oh oh okay okay no you were

but uh i've been calling you ever since and you won't come back

on the show, so finally you're back. I'm just doing. Oh, man. How are you, man? What's going on?

How is everything you've changed dramatically since the last time on the show.

Oh, everything's great.

We just made it to Vegas today.

Coach just left.

I just hate the time change, you know?

Like, it's a two-hour time change, so like all my meals and appetite's all a little funky, but overall, I feel great, you know?

What is the time change, too?

It makes a day longer for you uh

yeah yeah so normally it is like 740 and right now it's 540 yeah so two hours so do you guys

add an extra meal for that or what do you do i don't think he's going to i i mentioned like man i'm like

he just didn't say anything i'm like okay i got it so that's we're just going to. I mentioned, I'm like, man, I'm like, he just didn't say anything.
