different prep um i'm most people don't realize that you know i've only ever worked with one coach

before this so i was only ever with matt jansen um in my previously in my career and when it comes to bodybuilding.

Besides amateur, I did my kind of my own things and stuff.

So this whole prep was just absolutely a new process in regards to, you know, techniques, especially from boss.

I would say the biggest difference.

And, you know, what I said that from the start, I'm doing it the way he wants to do it.

Like going all in, we're not going to question these things.

It's going to be different, but let's settle in and do it.
