Hoping you are just feeling engulfed in love. You have gained a little bit more wisdom and you are moving along in the pace in which you are supposed to.

A big shout out to everyone who is healing, who is growing, who is loving, who is

nurturing themselves, who are undoing some things that they know needed someone doing,

who are catching, you know, little elements about them that need small changes. Shout out to

every single person who is adapting to the new them, who are

in their happy place, who are also passing along information for others so that they can grow

and heal. You may not be able to do it collectively, you know, because as you heal, you recognize

some things and you want to share it. People may not be on the same wavelength as you, but it's good that you are giving them that information and they're taking heed.

I want this whole collective, this whole community to be a healed community.

I don't think that we've had the space to heal as much as we have now.

And it is amazing.

selective addictions that we have, whether it is that you like to puff, puff, and pass.

Okay, we all adults. Or if you like to, you know, replace your anxiety or your depression

or just be in the stillness and the calm of a little bit of alcohol, temporary.
