I recommend a posture that is actually comfortable, so don't worry at all about what it looks like.

And make adjustments at any point.

Cushions and pillows and bolsters are encouraged.

Once you're set up, take a deep, slow breath in through your nose

Again, fill it up and release it.

Good. Natural breath moving through your nose.

And for a couple of minutes, you're just resting your attention on your breath as it comes and goes.

And when you realize you're not doing that anymore, no biggie, just start again. Thank you. Thank you. Still there. Awareness just tracing the shape of your breath. Thank you. I just want to be a small voice in the back of your mind today, giving you a teeny tiny pep talk.
