And today is the latter.

We are going to be talking to a survivor of Ted Bundy, perhaps America's most notorious serial killer.

We're going to be speaking to one of his survivors, Kathy Kleiner.

Before we get there, it was between 1974 and 1978 that Ted Bundy terrorized the nation,

killing at least 30 women, although there are a lot of profilers and criminologists who believe that number is much higher than 30.

His brutal spree spanned multiple states before ending in Florida, which is where I am, where he was captured in 1978 and ultimately sentenced to death.

In 1978, he broke into the Chi Omega sorority house at Florida State University.

There is where he attacked Kathy Kleiner and others in one of his most infamous crimes.

Against all odds, she did survive the attack, and she survived a few other things as well.
