We just got done with two weekends of racing in a row

that couldn't have been more different.

There was marathon mountain Bike World Championships.

And for those that don't know what that is,

can you explain how that's different

than like the normal Mountain Bike World Championships

Yeah, Marathon Mountain Bike World Championships is, well, it's a marathon, which means it's typically at least a hundred K. That's kind of the number that usually it floats around and then but as you know a hundred

K on the mountain bike varies a lot in time duration. So I think over the years we've seen times anywhere from like three and a half hours to around five hours.

I did a marathon mountain bike world cup this year where I placed second and that was about seven hours. So it just depends on the course.

And yeah, so but it's a long race. It's for endurance athletes.
